Pack Your Items
Carefully place the preloved items back into their original packaging or a sustainable mailer, ensuring all Athleta Preloved tags remain attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
